You can apply to hire our rooms by filling in the form below.

Acceptance of our Rules of Letting is mandatory and our Hall Lettings Officer is charged with ensuring that the use of our rooms is sympathetic to the values and aims of The Methodist Church. Completion of this form is simply an application to use the rooms.  It does not guarantee availability of the rooms or acceptance by BMC of your application.

Bicester Methodist Church does not accept bookings on Sundays.

We do not charge for use of the kitchen. If use is granted, it may not be exclusive use.

You will not be required to have CRB checks if your group or booking does not cater for under 18's. You will not normally be required to have CRB checks for private birthday parties or similar bookings. However, if you were to bring a paid entertainer, bouncy castle provider or similar 3rd Party to your event, then CRB checks on these people would be required. We reserve the right to view their certificates.
