Due to health, shiftwork, childcare and the increasing burden of the role, the current Hall Lettings Officer will be relinquishing the day to day administration to BMC's part time Administrative Assistant. The email address and the telephone number will continue to work as before, but in theory, you should get a quicker response than has unfortunately been the case recently. From March 11th, our Administrative Assistant, Katrina, will work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Most of our rooms are suitable for birthday parties. The Primary Room and Rainbow Room are suited to primary aged childrens parties (around 20 guests) and the Main Hall is more suited to having more guests or Disco's. Please bare in mind that no alcohol is allowed in Methodist premises.
