Bicester Methodist Church halls are available to hire.

Competatively priced, and available to hire by anyone whose aims and objectives are sympathetic and complementary to the aims and objectives of the Methodist Church.

Hall Letting Officer (update 16th February 2013)

Due to health, shiftwork, childcare and the increasing burden of the role, the current Hall Lettings Officer will be relinquishing the day to day administration to BMC's part time Administrative Assistant.  The email address and the telephone number will continue to work as before, but in theory, you should get a quicker response than has unfortunately been the case recently.  From March 11th, our Administrative Assistant, Katrina, will work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.  Messages regarding hall lettings can be left on the dedicated answer service 01869 866788, or, when Katrina is in the office, you can call her on 01869 323030.

Looking for a regular venue to meet?

We currently have a number of regular vacancies, which are available now to hire for your club, society or meeting:

• The Rainbow Room, every Tuesday from 08.00 to 14.00 hours
• The Rainbow Room, every Wednesday from 16.00 to 22.00 hours (except 8 dates in 2012)
• The Rainbow Room, every Thursday from 15.00 to 18.00 hours
• The Primary Room, every Thursday from 15.00 to 17.30 hours
• The Fellowship Room, suitable for around 15 adults, with comfortable chairs
  every Wednesday & Thursday from 08.00 to 22.00 hours (except 5 dates in 2012)
• The Main Hall, every Monday 08.00 to 19.00 hours (from 27th February2012 onwards)

Looking for a Birthday Party venue?

Most of our rooms are suitable for birthday parties.  The Primary Room and Rainbow Room are suited to primary aged childrens parties (around 20 guests) and the Main Hall is more suited to having more guests or Disco's.  Please bare in mind that no alcohol is allowed in Methodist premises.
