Our church is ideally situated right in the town centre. We want to reach out to the community around our church, and to make the most of the mission opportunities offered by the rapid expansion of Bicester.

We are therefore looking to appoint a

MISSION ENABLER

Do you have the vision and passion to join us at this exciting time in our Church life?

Can you help us to:

• identify and respond to the needs of our community?
• grow and develop our mission activities?
• encourage our members to live out and share their faith in practical ways?

You will work with our minister and leadership team to implement the church’s growth plan, building on existing relationships with individuals and organisations in Bicester. This is a new post and we would love to talk to you to about your ideas for how you could help us best meet the needs of our community.

The post is offered for between 21 and 28 hours per week and the salary will be £11.00 per hour (i.e. up to a maximum of £16,016 per annum based on 28 hours a week, or pro rata).

The post will be available to start from 1 September 2023 (or earlier if the successful applicant is available). It is a fixed term post for three years, with the possibility of extension subject to securing further grant funding.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 15th March 2023.
Interviews are expected to be held on Friday 24th March or Saturday 25th March 2023.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
There is a genuine occupational requirement that you should be an active committed Christian.
